Game Support / Getting Started

1. Join & Download the Game

●   Head over to our official site's Join Page age verify and become a member.
●   Once you're in, download the game using our custom launcher.

2. Install the Game

●   Launch the downloaded installer.
●  Choose your preferred installation directory. ●   Run the installation and follow the on-screen prompts.

3. Play in Desktop Mode

Simply launch the game via the Cyber Sexuals launcher. The game runs in standard desktop mode.

Currently, we don’t offer a native macOS build, but it is in development. In the meantime, you can play on Mac using one of the following methods:

Apple Silicon Macs

●  Virtual machine software such as Parallels Desktop (paid).
●  Wine-based apps like Whiskey (free) or CrossOver (paid).

Intel-based Macs

●  Use Boot Camp to dual-boot into Windows.

Cyber Sexuals supports interactive toy integration, so your device can sync with the action in real time.

Kiiroo

What you need:
●  A compatible Kiiroo device (e.g., Keon, Onyx+).

●  A PC running Windows 64-bit.
●  The latest version of FeelConnect (Kiiroo’s companion app).

How to start enjoying:
●  Download and install the FeelConnect app from Kiiroo’s official site or app store.
●  Connect your device via Bluetooth following the in-app instructions.
●  Open Cyber Sexuals and enable Interactive Toys in the game settings.
●  The toy will now sync with the in-game action automatically.

Lovense

What you need:
●  A compatible Lovense device (e.g., Max 2, Nora).

●  A PC running Windows 64-bit.
●  The latest version of the Lovense Connect app.

How to start enjoying:
●  Download and install Lovense Connect on your PC or mobile device.
●  Pair your Lovense toy with the app using Bluetooth.
●  Open Cyber Sexuals and enable Interactive Toys in the game settings.
●  Once paired, your Lovense device will respond to the game in real time.

Make Sure You Have:

●  Processor: Intel Core i5 4590 equivalent or greater
●  Memory: 16GB+ RAM
●  Storage: 4GB
●  Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 970 or GTX 1060 / AMD R9 290 equivalent or greater
●  Equipment: Mouse, Keyboard

Also recommended:
●  VR: Oculus Rift CV1 , HTC Vive
●  Equipment: Wheel mouse, Keyboard, Xbox controllerr

No 32-bit operating systems are not supported.

How to Check if Windows Is 64-bit

To run this game, you need a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or 8. Follow the steps below to check which version your PC is running:

Windows 7

1. Click the Start button.
2. Right-click Computer, then click Properties.
●  If you don’t see Computer, type system in the search box and click System in the results.
3. Under System type, you’ll see either:
●  64-bit Operating System
●  32-bit Operating System

Windows 8

1. Move your mouse to the lower-right corner of the screen and click Search.
2. Type system into the search box, then click Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Under System type, you’ll see either:
●  64-bit Operating System
●  32-bit Operating System

Troubleshooting / Common Game Issues

If your game isn’t launching, please try the following steps:

1. Check System Requirements

Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the game.

2. Reinstall GPU Drivers

●  Download the latest drivers for your graphics card (but don’t install yet).
●  Download and run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove old drivers.
●  Perform a clean install using the drivers from step 1.

3. Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables

●  Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables currently installed.
●  Download the latest packages from Microsoft: Visual C++ Redistributables
●  Install them in order from oldest to newest (skip the “ARM” files).
●  Run each installer as Administrator.

4. Disable Background Applications

Turn off all non-essential apps, especially those with overlays, such as:
●  GeForce Experience
●  RivaTuner
●  MSI Afterburner / MSI Gaming App
●  Fraps
●  Uplay
●  Discord, Steam, or other overlay-enabled apps

5. Try a Clean Boot

6. Contact Support

If none of the above helps, please contact us in the form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to include:
●  Any error codes or messages displayed.
●  A description of what happens when you try to launch.

If your game is crashing, please try the following steps:

Check system requirements

Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the game.

Close non-essential applications

Disable background apps that may interfere, including antivirus or antimalware software.

Scan for malware/viruses

Infections can sometimes cause unexpected crashes.

Verify game files

Use the game launcher/platform to check and repair missing or corrupted files.

Reinstall GPU drivers

●  Download the latest drivers for your graphics card (but don’t install them yet).
●  Download and run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to fully remove old drivers.
●  Perform a clean install of the drivers you downloaded in step 1.
●  Tip: Sometimes rolling back to an older driver can help.

If your PC meets the minimum system requirements but you’re experiencing low FPS, stuttering, slow performance, or long loading times, try the steps below:

1. Clean Install Graphics Drivers

NVIDIA
●  Download the latest NVIDIA Drivers (don’t install yet).
●  Download and run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove old drivers.
●  Perform a clean install using the drivers from step 1.

AMD
●  Use the AMD Cleanup Utility to remove old drivers.
●  Download the latest drivers here and perform a clean install.

Note: If issues began right after updating drivers, try installing an earlier version and report the issue to us.

2. Verify Game Files

Use your game launcher/platform to verify the integrity of the game cache and repair missing or corrupted files.

3. Disable Overlays

Turn off overlays from apps such as Discord, Ubisoft Connect, Galaxy, etc.. If necessary, close these applications completely.

4. Close Background Applications

Disable unnecessary software before launching the game, including hardware monitoring tools, antivirus, or antimalware programs.

5. Report the Issue

If the problem persists, contact us using the “Contact Us” button below. Please include:
●  A video of the issue (as an attachment or link).
●  Your save files (if the issue occurs in a specific location).
Save files are located in: %userprofile%\Documents\CyberSexuals\gamesaves
●  Compress the entire save folder (e.g., into a .zip) before sending.
